CCIE written guideline?
I qualified for the CCIE lab on Feburary 22, 2002. I want to claify that I have 18 months (taking me to 8/22/03) in which to take the lab exam as I am shooting for 6/03 attempt. Am I correct? Is there a link I can goto that lists that time frame, etc. I also recall that if i scored at least a 30 on the first attempt, I would be eligible to take the lab exam again within 1 year without having to take the written over.

Do you have that date scheduled? Just a friendly reminder that seats for the lab fill up well in advance and if you aren't already scheduled for 6/3, then it's likely to you can't get that date as it's too close. If you haven't scheduled yet, you had better do it fast if you want to get in under the 8/22 deadline for you.

Ok, I am looking to a 6/30/03 date. Now I wanted to ask anyone who took it in San Jose, what are the nearest accomodations to the Cisco facility i.e. hotels, car rentals etc?
